Exporting through Metorik has been an absolute game-changer. We can rely on going into Metorik, hitting export and all correct data being included.

Another huge feature for us is segmentation. As we sell multiple products, we often have questions that we need to answer. For example, how many customers do we have in the UK or what have UK sales looked like over the last 6 months? The segmenting system really helps us answer these types of questions quickly and efficiently.

Metorik is beautifully elegant, easy to use, fast, intuitive, and handles our huge data sets super smoothly, which as an overall package makes it an incredibly powerful tool.

It's easy to design software that is complex, with layer upon layer of menu's (yes I'm looking at you Google Adwords).

Our company has a team nationwide of sales reps and we desperately needed a way to track individual sales reps' monthly sales based on customers that had been assigned to them in WordPress. This was an extremely difficult thing to accomplish without doing a full enterprise level system or a whole website revamp.

We had been using Metorik for some of the other cool reporting features so I figured I'd try to find a way to do it there. I searched and tried a few things with no luck, but I could tell there was something there that I just couldn't figure out. I reached out to Metorik and Bryce quickly got back to me and actually understood what we were trying to accomplish. He actually sent me a few different ways to try and sent me some Youtube videos and some screenshots of steps to help resolve my specific issue.

With his help we are now able to have automatic segments and filters for each sales rep. With just a few clicks I can find out any reps sales totals for any specified date, and easily provide monthly sales reports for each person. This has literally saved our company 8-10 hours of labor a month by not having to use multiple spread sheets to figure out sales totals. I even have automatic digest reports that are scheduled weekly so I don't even have to run the reports manually and the sales reps get an automatic report weekly. This saves us time and money, as well as giving the reps more confidence in the accuracy of the commissions paid.

Metorik has single-handedly transformed the way I do business... it's clean, super quick, easy to use, and any question or request I might have is immediately addressed personally by the developer... great customer service!

Metorik lets you access and organize so much essential info on customers, products, trends, you name it! What's also great is you can easily customize and tailor to your business. What stands out is its impeccable design and functionality. Unlike many other platforms, where you often feel like you're teetering on the edge of a problem, this software is stable and reliable - like riding a well-balanced bicycle.

I'm particularly impressed with the free trial offer. It provides everyone the chance to experience its brilliance firsthand. Although it may sound like I'm promoting the software heavily, I'm genuinely excited about its capabilities. Surprisingly, it surpasses the performance of big players in the market, like Zoho and Cin7, despite their vast resources. Truly an elite software!

I'd been searching for an effective WooCommerce reporting tool and failing miserably. Until I was recommended to Metorik. Wow! From the second I installed the trial I was blown away. The product is superb with such a beautiful UI. On top of this, the team have incredible customer service. For a very very long time, we weren’t able to track how our subscription-based business was going. We didn’t even know how our amount of active subscribers had changed over time, since we could only see the amount of active subscribers in real-time. By then we couldn’t even figure out how to calculate our customer lifetime value, churn rates etc.

When we finally had Metorik recommended to us, it was a huge change for us. And I mean a huge change! All of a sudden we could through the cohort analysis see how our subscribers were performing over time. This led us to sending automations through Metorik and thus communicating with our customers when they were most likely to cancel their subscriptions.

Together with hundreds of other features, we managed to almost double our customers' lifetime value, bringing the churn rate down and therefore increasing our amount of subscribers. Honestly, I have no idea where our business would have been without Metorik, or if it would even exist today! :)

We've used Metorik for some years now and it has really helped us grow our social business much faster than before. The reports, segmenting and filtering and the engage mails are all awesome features. You can tell these guys understand WooCommerce very well and they work hard to improve Metorik continuously. Getting the right analytics in Woocommerce has always been a challenge for us, as we are running 7 different connected stores in seperate cities. The same products but different inventories posed a challenge with every tool we used, however, Metorik has been amazing. The setup was very easy and we've never manually had to teach it anything - it just works. Support has also been very helpful with our questions, the answers have always been very straightforward (we just weren't looking at the right places). 100% worth it!

When new data is created with custom code in Woocommerce, it is also very easy to retrieve it in Metorik, so you can create custom segments or anything else. Before Metorik we had very little insight into how our WooCommerce store was performing. I didn't realize how much we were missing out on. The reporting that comes by default with WooCommerce is slow, complicated, and doesn't reveal a fraction the amount of information Metorik tracks.

Plus, once I connected Google Analytics into their system, I was able to tie attribution and our marketing campaign performance to every product, order, and customer. Metorik has changed the way we operate our company and we finally feel in control.

Metorik has been a very useful software for our operations at Pawmeal. We particularly love how it can show us performance metrics and insights that are otherwise 'out of sight' in the default WooCommerce reports. We also use it often to filter orders of a particular type, in order to help facilitate our fulfillment of orders and also the Engage feature to send out reminder emails.
